Training Tools - Harness

How often have we seen dogs wearing this sort of apparatus? A harness. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth.I went to the dog park this week and saw FOUR dogs wearing one of these! FOUR! And guess what?? They were all small dogs...one puggle, one pug, one JRT/beagle mix and one beagle.Most people I know get the harness because their dog pulls which causes it to cough.
